Overview

Key Contribution Areas

Lead analysis of regulatory opportunities and challenges
Lead implementation of new regulatory requirements such as BMA EBS Enhancements or ICS
Carry out M&A Due Diligence work, challenge assumptions and analyse impacts on key Group metrics
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with other Group functions

Qualifications required :

Qualified and experienced actuary with demonstrable experience in a senior role

Very strong knowledge of Solvency II regulations

Strong understanding of European life insurance markets

Experience required :

Strong written and verbal communication skills including business and functional requirements, management level presentations and proposals, and the ability to explain complex ideas and principles to a wide range of audiences

Experience in M&A due diligence

Ability to lead cross departmental projects
