About the Role : In this role as a Customer Care Assistant youll be responsible for providing outstanding support to customers in the entertainment sector. Your work will primarily involve handling customer inquiries through chat and email with only a small portion of your time 510 dedicated to phone calls. Youll be a vital link between the brand and its customers ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Requirements :

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken)
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
  • Strong communication skills with an interest in sports
  • Wellorganized with strong decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities
  • Competent in typing and computer applications (particularly MS Office)
  • A positive team player with a proactive approach
  • Eligibility to work in Bulgaria : Must be an EU citizen or hold a Bulgarian Residence Card (Visa support is not provided for nonEU citizens)
  • High school diploma (Previous customer service experience is a plus but not necessary)
