YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- As an Assistant (m / f / d) to the Senior Executive Manager of the People and Culture, International team you support and provide administrative work relief in the fulfilment of her tasks.
- You take over the independent management of the secretariat. Thereby, you schedule, coordinate, and manage meetings and events as well as handling the communication channels via mail or phone.
- As part of the office management, you will procure office supplies, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain the office infrastructure.
- You are responsible for the organisation of business trips, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation, and prepare travel expense reports.
- You take over project and process-related tasks. In the project organisation you assist in the preparation and updating of project plans, schedules and milestones.
- In your role you are regularly communicating with project stakeholders and prepare status reports and presentations. You are responsible for the project and process documentation, including protocols, contracts, and other relevant materials.
