IT PROJEKT EMPLOYEE / SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (M / F / D)

for our organisational unit Data Processing (AI).

YOUR TASKS

  • Set-up of server and workstation systems including the related software
  • Support for IT hotline, including analysis and solution finding concerning hardware and software problems by phone, remotely and on site
  • Support for maintenance, care and further development of the IT infrastructure
  • Support and documentation of IT projects within the Probat group of companies
  • Support during the development of IT solutions and the further development of IT processes together with the specialist departments and external service providers

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m / f / d) or a comparable qualification in the IT environment
  • Professional experience concerning the support of IT system landscapes (also in the implementation of IT projects, if possible)
  • Experience with the Microsoft product portfolio (client and server operating systems, Office, Exchange, Sharepoint) as well as network knowledge
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong communication skills, open manner and enjoying direct user and customer contact
  • Team spirit as well as service and customer orientation
  • Structured and thorough way of working
