Job Overview

As a Remote IT-Network Administrator , you will be responsible for managing complex network infrastructures for internal and client-facing projects. This role focuses on network security, firewall configurations, routing, and network management, ensuring the secure and stable operation of networking services. You will use your expertise with pfSense, Sophos, and related network protocols and tools to implement and manage sophisticated network solutions and to provide high-level support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for IT networking services for both internal and external projects.
• Lead the implementation and administration of complex networking projects, ensuring customer requirements are met.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for projects and service activities.
• Oversee network security practices to ensure infrastructure integrity and reliability.
