Tipico is looking for a ServiceNow System Administrator to join our team. Grow with us introduce us to new ideas and develop products that maximize the thrill of sports for our customers. Every day youll work in a highly collaborative and agile environment with crossfunctional team members to develop products and create technical solutions that push us forward.

Your playing field

  • Monitor the health usage and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
  • Perform daytoday administration of the ServiceNow platform including user management role assignments and access controls
  • Configure and maintain SLAs catalog items and associated workflows
  • Develop and maintain internal technical documentation manuals policies and processes
  • Coordinate application and platform upgrades ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption
  • Design develop and configure the ServiceNow platform to automate manual processes and create efficient digital workflows
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing support to endusers
  • Create and maintain standard platformlevel reports and dashboards
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and support enterprisewide solutions using agile methodologies
  • Proactively identify platform enhancements to maximize value and improve efficiency

Qualifications :

Which skills should you bring to the pitch :

  • Education and Experience. Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Verification. Certified   ServiceNow System Administrator
  • Subject Matter Expert. Minimum of 3 years of experience administering the ServiceNow platform in an enterprise environment
  • Skills. Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM concepts
  • Language & Framework. Proficiency in JavaScript HTML CSS and web service integrations (REST SOAP)
  • Issues are challenges for you. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Problem Change and Request Management
  • Cloud expertise. Knowledge in AWS
  • Benefit.  ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
  • Language skills. You are fluent in English and it would be an advantage if you had a working knowledge of German
  • Nicetohave.  Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools & ITIL v3 Certification1
