This Role
We are recruiting for a highly organised Office Administrator for our Frankfurt based department. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team based in DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region, and ensuring the office is running smoothly. The candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience. This is a part-time role, with the possibility of converting to full-time after a few months, depending on requirements.
Work Location : Mörfelden-Walldorf
Role Requirements & Responsibilities
- Providing day to day administrative support to Management & Team (Technical Services, Planning, Data Centre Installers etc.) for the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region
- Co-ordination and management of calendars and schedules.
- Create, update and maintain paperwork, records and databases.
- Management of post, invoices and any other high priority documentation.
- Liaising with all departments in the business including but not limited to; Planning Team, Hr & Recruitment, Business Operations.
- Other Ad hoc and administrative duties as required.
- Taking meeting minutes.
