Our worldclass research team is already working on new products for coatings foams adhesives fiber and other performance materials. We are now gearing up to bring these products to market and scale our operations.

Your role

As a Project Manager on our Polymers team youll drive the execution of our partnerships and R&D initiatives from concept to commercialization. Working directly with our youll drive our external collaborations set up and execute our product development processes and scale our technology. We prize your technical expertise strong project management skills and your ability to build relationships and to continuously engage with our suppliers and other external partners.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project leader for the launch of the first application of our biobased polymers accountable for timelines budgets and resource allocation
• Oversee manufacturing process development with strategic partners
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality control processes in collaboration with R&D and Operations teams
• Support the Polymers Lead in evaluating technical feasibility of new business opportunities
• Support the development and management of new partnerships by coordinating internal teams and external suppliers to create and test proofofconcepts
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and external partners ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals
