Based in Waldbronn, Germany , Agilent’s Liquid Phase Division Project Management Office (LPD PMO) is seeking a highly motivated Program / Project Manager (m / f / d) to join our team to drive sophisticated strategic programs / projects within the Life Sciences and Diagnostics Markets Group (LDG).

You will lead programs and projects focused on the development of new, or enhancement of existing products in adherence with compliance requirements. You will be expected to partner with high-level managers to align resources to strategy and provide visibility on execution within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of program management methodologies, strong leadership skills, deep business sense and the ability to interact with partners at all levels.

Specific responsibilities include :

• Lead all aspects the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic technical projects
• Lead geographically diverse, cross-functional project teams, to deliver project objectives including, but not limited to, Marketing, Research and Development, Regulatory, Quality Assurance Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales and Services.
• Create and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Identify and minimise risks to ensure successful program / project outcomes.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on program status.
• Ensure alignment of projects with organizational goals and objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams and partners.
• Share Project Management best practices along with mentoring of project managers
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and services provided by the LPD PMO organization

This job has a full time weekly schedule.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
