As Customer Project Manager , you’ll act as the key link between customers and internal technical teams—guiding projects from concept through to production. What you’ll be doing :

• Acting as the lead technical and project contact for your customers, steering their journey from idea to prototype and on to full production.
• Driving prototyping and development work, making sure solutions are scalable and manufacturable.
• Managing project scope, RFQs, costs and timelines across serial development.
• Supporting technical sales discussions and product feasibility reviews.
• Liaising across engineering, sales, field apps, and development teams to deliver seamless execution.
• Bringing customer feedback back into the product development loop.
