Your next challenge :

• Drive the analysis of business ideas by challenging them considering their strategic alignment and business case.
• Lead studies to prepare an adequate project implementation.
• Manage the successful delivery of the entire project - in close collaboration with the sponsor, business, and IT representatives - to time, budget, scope & quality and in accordance with BIL's project management methods, processes, and policies.
• Play the lead role in structuring (define & set-up project approach), planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, managing stakeholders and closing projects.
• Manage and mitigate dependencies, issues and risks related projects and initiatives.
• Proactively take decisions or seek approval to ensure the project / release stays on track.
• Provide direction and support to cross functional teams; provide guidance, training, and direction to achieve projects' goals.
• Define, coordinate, and ensure implementation of the required communication and change management plan to ensure that the project's deliverables are integrated smoothly in the existing environment and that the business benefits of the project are achieved.
• Constantly monitor and report on project / release progress / KPIs to the relevant stakeholders and governance bodies (incl. Executive Committees & Boards of Directors).
