Your tasks

  • Mass data maintenance, data analysis and troubleshooting in the SAP Commerce environment are part of your area of responsibility
  • You will also be responsible for evaluating, maintaining and optimizing the software products used on a data basis
  • You are in active communication with the adjacent departments and business partners and optimize the existing interfaces in terms of quantity and quality
  • Your tasks will also include defining and documenting processes for dealing with new errors, developing data validation processes and automating manual processes
  • Last but not least, you will be responsible for monitoring, 2nd level support (support for technical questions from specialist departments or external customers) as well as analyzing and designing internal department requirements into operational IT services

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed your studies in computer science or a comparable field, alternatively you have completed vocational training with appropriate further training as a master craftsman and / or have already gained relevant professional experience
  • Knowledge of SAP and SQL as well as good to very good MS Office skills are desirable
  • Ideally, you have experience with PIM systems, basic knowledge of SAP Commerce and mechanical engineering experience
  • You also have initial experience in mass data maintenance and management and knowledge of Mongo DB, Java, PHP and .Net
  • Your profile is rounded off by fluency in written and spoken German and English
