Aircraft engineer Jobs in Beckingen

We are recruiting Sheet Metal Workers to join our client based in Saarland, Germany.

Your Responsibilities :

• Support line managers by performing aircraft structural repair tasks in line with the aircraft repair data provided.
• Installing, repairing, inspecting, and replacing sheet metal components.
• Accountable for the safe, on-time delivery of structural repairs.
• Ensure that all repairs meet aviation safety guidelines and safely operate various sheet metal tools.
• Ensure relevant repair documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Provide detailed documentation of the work carried out on aircraft.
• Ensure all calibrated equipment and tooling is correctly stored, calibrated, labelled and recorded.
• General housekeeping of shopfloors to maintain company standards. Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience.
• Minimum of 1 year’s sheet metal work experience on live aircraft.
• Basic knowledge of EASA / CAA, HSE legislation.
• Basic IT knowledge.
• Ability to work under own initiative making recommendations for improvements as appropriate.
• Have the right to work in Europe without restriction.
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Must be eligible for an airside pass.
• Be highly motivated, a great team player with a high level of attention to detail.
