DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Establish technical support link between Product Development Teams and OEMs.
• Exchange technical documentation arrange and conduct meetings between PDTs and Customers.
• Product development support including requirements definition launch verification & validation homologation problem documentation and resolution.
• Establish and maintain good relationship with OEM organizations on different competency levels.
• First level investigation on Customer Reject Product including handling & packaging.
• Onsite presence to assist Customers with Product Quality Problems.
• Document accurate information on Quality issues via IRIS / DPRTS.
• Maintain communication between Aptiv RTLs and Customers on Quality issues.
• Care for good company image.
• Permanent and regular developing of professional qualifications.
• Care for confidential information and company’s property.
• Ontime of assigned tasks in compliance with the valid quality system valid for Aptiv corporation
