VersarSTUTTGART, DL, DEVGS is seeking a full-time Assistant Site Manager at our location in Stuttgart, Germany. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge to drive high quality Transient Alert Services (TAS) operations, in support of the Defense Transportation System to include but not limited to all U.S. Government owned or operated aircraft, Distinguished Visitor (DV) / Very Important Person (VIP), US sponsored foreign Government aircraft, commercial contract aircraft, and commercial tendered aircraft, and allied, coalition, or partner nation aircraft, at Stuttgart Army Airfield (SAAF), Germany (SIAP).
Your Impact
- The ASM performs any and all of the duties of the SM as required and assists in the responsibility for site safety. The ASM will be fully trained, highly qualified, and capable of completing any aspect of the operation and assumes the duties of the SM as necessary.
- The ASM will be the second set of eyes and ears for the SM on everything related to the operation.
- The ASM under the guidance of the SM will be responsible for the performance of various aircraft servicing operations, Transient Alert, upload / download of cargo utilizing 10K AT and a 50KLoader and some passenger Services Other duties are to include but not limited to; establishing PPR for shifts, reports (as necessary) scheduling of employees shifts, train incoming employees, establish training records. You must be able to work in a fluid and fast-moving growth environment, using resources both inside and external to the organization.
- Be a driving force in the development of the work ethic, culture, and values of the leadership group of Louis Berger Aircraft Services, Inc.
- Establishing and maintaining appropriate systems, metrics, and reports for measuring necessary aspects of operations, to include key performance indicator dashboards.
- Ensuring compliance with requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies, federal acquisition regulations, other pertinent laws and regulations, and the general duty of care.
- Developing and maintaining productive relationships with clients
- Safeguarding, promoting, and continually improving the Company’s public persona and brand positioning.
- Maintaining and developing organizational culture, values and reputation in our markets and with all staff, customers, suppliers, partners and regulatory / official bodies.
