HR ADVISOR

What you do as an HR Advisor :

• Develop and monitor HR processes and procedures, including terms of employment, collective bargaining agreements and labor law.
• Work on all kinds of common HR projects such as onboarding, absenteeism, optimizing processes, etc.
• Advisor and point of contact for managers and staff for all kinds of questions in the field of HR.
• Taking care of the recruitment of new staff.#
• Based on the business plan and development interviews, taking care of all activities related to employee development.
• Supporting absenteeism and vitality of employees.
• All common matters of personnel administration, such as preparing contracts, training agreements, confirming changes in employment conditions, etc.
• Preparing monthly reports to the holding company.
• Responsible for monthly compensation of employees.
