Tasks Business Development Project Manager Job Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Crypto Business Development Project Manager to drive the growth and strategic expansion of our cryptocurrency and blockchain initiatives. In this role, you will oversee and manage business development projects that explore new opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels within the crypto space. You will be responsible for identifying key growth areas, developing strategic relationships, and executing innovative projects that advance the company's position in the market. Key Responsibilities : Lead the identification, development, and execution of business development opportunities in the cryptocurrency and blockchain space. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential partners, clients, investors, and stakeholders in the crypto ecosystem. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, legal, product, and operations, to align business development projects with company objectives. Oversee the lifecycle of business development projects, from strategy formulation through negotiation, implementation, and execution. Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities. Develop and present business proposals, including partnership models, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, to key decision-makers. Negotiate terms and conditions of partnerships and collaborations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for the company. Monitor and manage the progress of business development projects, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. Requirements Experience : 5 years of experience in business development, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech sectors. Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, and the evolving crypto landscape. Proven experience in identifying and executing new business opportunities, negotiating high-level partnerships, and managing complex projects. Familiarity with crypto industry regulations and compliance, including knowledge of KYC, AML, and securities laws.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and provide strategic insights to inform business decisions. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, fast-paced, and evolving environment.
