About the role

As a Consulting Operations Support Analyst, you'll be a key part of a dynamic, international team. You'll work alongside project managers, sales, customer support, and consulting professionals to keep things running smoothly. Your main responsibility will be managing incoming orders, assigning them to the right project managers, and ensuring all data is processed correctly. You'll also play an important role in supporting the month-end closing process and invoicing, working closely with the Consulting team to keep everything on track.

Your day to day :

• Manage incoming orders and assign them to available project managers, ensuring accurate data processing.
• Work closely with the Consulting team to facilitate a smooth and timely month-end closing and invoicing process.
• Contribute to improving and refining processes for enhanced cross-functional collaboration.
• Work within an agile, self-organized team, structuring your tasks effectively and managing priorities.
• Communicate between various stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and progress on projects.
• Help track and report on project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
