About the Job :

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and thoughtful analysis to facilitate financial planning and decision-making processes.

Your main responsibilities include :

• Assisting in the process for timely and accurate accounting (in accordance with US and local GAAP (HGB) guidelines) with associated reporting, while complying with all internal and legislated deadlines
• Creating and posting general ledger journal entries Reconciling accounts and analyzing and maintaining the chart of accounts
• Preparing the US GAAP to Local GAAP (HGB) reconciliation Participating in the creation of the Local GAAP (HGB) annual financial statements
• Coordinating the ongoing process to monitor timely and accurate accounting, including the adequacy of assisting documentation
• Coordinating participation in the timely creation of complete and accurate account reconciliations for the general ledger accounts of all legal entities
• Participating in internal, external, and tax-related audits
• Documenting compliance with internal control processes (Sarbanes-Oxley) within the scope of responsibility Preparing and submitting statistics for the State Office / Federal Office of Statistics
• Representing the Senior Finance Manager / Plant Controller along with the Senior Finance Supervisor - Controlling
