Your role

Role based in Rennes (France)

Job Purpose :

Support the CoE Finance in the regular consolidation of master data. Ensure smooth data submission, monitoring and reporting while providing operational support for the business and master data projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Participate in the integration of all our departments (procurement, sales, SCM, quality, sustainability...) in one unique platform (SAP)
Monitor and support regular master data submissions (automatic & manual).
Provide expert support for master data projects, including data migration, cleansing, and process improvements.
Generate reports, metrics and KPIs to assess data quality and submission efficiency.
Support managers in process monitoring, user support, training, and coaching .
Analyze master data across Symrise , delivering insights and quality assessment reports.

About you

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, or Customer Service.

3 years experience in data management within a matrix environment

Experience with SAP is a plus .

Ability to crunch high volume of data.

Strong analytical skills with precision in handling complex data.

Excellent interpersonal skills for global collaboration.

Fluent English, French is a plus.
