Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliverinnovative products and enhance existing features ensuring alignment with businessobjectives.
Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvementand propose practical solutions.
Elicit document and review detailed business requirements and use cases creatingcomprehensive functional and system requirements specifications.
Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of new features to stakeholdersfacilitating effective communication and feedback.
Facilitate communication among business stakeholders and technical teams ensuringsmooth project execution and resolution of issues.
Assist in defining project scope objectives and deliverables; support project planningtrack progress and ensure successful outcomes.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of procedures solutions and requirements.
Support the implementation and adoption of new processes and systems including
training and user support.
Identify potential risks and issues; develop and implement mitigation strategies
managing risk throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
Must have :
- 4 years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level) and Russian for both oral and written business
communication.
management middleware and data exchange formats (e.g. XML JSON)
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Knowledge of the software development life cycle and methodologies (e.g. AgileScrum) and tools (e.g. JIRA Confluence).
Strong problemsolving skills and ability to analyze complex data and processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Nice to Have :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Familiarity with working with AI tools like ChatGPT or similar technologies for researchand problemsolving.
BA / PM certifications.
Understanding of the US healthcare industry and its processes.
