The Opportunity : Your Role in Expansion

Were currently recruiting a German-speaking Business Developer to join our expanding team in Barcelona. What Youll Be Doing : Core Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management : Youll be the primary point of contact for our German-speaking clients fostering strong trusting relationships to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Think of yourself as a strategic consultant understanding client objectives and recommending solutions that perfectly align with their business needs. Expect clear and consistent communication with both clients and our internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Business Development & Strategy : Identify avenues to expand our services within existing accounts by promoting innovative solutions. Youll conduct market research to understand industry trends allowing you to strategically position our offerings. Youll also help plan and execute account strategies to maximize revenue and client success.
  • Project Oversight : Manage the full lifecycle of digital projects ensuring that timelines budgets and quality standards are consistently met. Youll coordinate with internal departmentsincluding sales marketing and technical teamsto deliver best-in-class solutions. Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and project deliverables will be crucial to guaranteeing outstanding client satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting : Analyze campaign and project performance data to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations for improvement. Youll prepare regular reports and present results to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Problem-Solving & Risk Mitigation : Proactively address client concerns and operational challenges ensuring swift and effective resolutions. Youll mediate between client expectations and our internal capabilities always aiming for mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration & Leadership : Work closely with cross-functional teams to share knowledge and optimize processes. Youll also have the opportunity to mentor and support junior colleagues contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Language Requirements : You must communicate fluently and professionally in German with clients and internal teams where German is required while using English for internal reporting and wider team collaboration.

Who Were Looking For : Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English (at least B2 level) .
  • A bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
  • Prior experience in business development account management or client relations is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Google or other major tech companies is a strong asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • An analytical mindset capable of translating data into strategic insights.
  • Familiarity with the digital marketing or e-commerce industries is a plus.
  • Self-motivated flexible and eager to excel in a fast-paced hybrid work setting.
