Your mission
- Support and maximize product usage in the Hospital
- Build and maintain a trusting customer relationship
- Provide technical support to doctors and nursing staff
- Supply installation-relevant information for IT, sterilization, anesthesia, etc.
- Assist the Sales Manager in planning and developing customers
- Support of general sales-related activities
- Systematic and structured collection and communication of customer needs
- Product presentation during trade fairs and customer events

IR system. In doing so, you will work closely and trustfully with the sales team. You will pass on your experiences in a structured manner to the sales and product management as well as the development team.
