Role Summary :

As part of a replacement in production planning, we are looking for a dedicated Production Planner (M / F / T) for our Itzehoe site at the earliest possible date.

In this challenging position you will be responsible for coordinating and managing production planning and scheduling for our vacuum and side channel pumps. You work closely with production, purchasing and other related areas to ensure optimal production flow.

Your tasks :

• Managing all planning inputs : sales orders, OEM forecasts, custom / special orders, and strategic build plans
• Using the MRP system, translating the consolidated sales forecasts into a master production schedule / build schedule
• Preparing and distributing weekly production schedules / work orders and dispatch lists
• Preparing KPI’s for production and leading shopfloor-management activities
• Initiating “make or buy” decisions together with the purchasing team and coordinating external / internal machining / assembly
• Assisting management to resolve problems with late shipments, material shortages, customer schedule changes, and cancellations of customer orders
