This is what you can expect :

  • Be a key player in international SAP S / 4HANA rollout projects, focusing on the Quality Management (QM) module
  • Analyze and improve quality management processes across the Hero Group using SAP QM
  • Configure and customize SAP QM with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Collaborate closely with global stakeholders, including quality teams and adjacent SAP modules (MM, PP, PM, etc.)
  • Provide expert-level support (2nd level) and guide key users in daily operations
  • Conduct workshops, create training materials, and lead user training sessions
  • Partner with external service providers and contribute to Change Advisory Board decisions
  • Ensure compliance with group-wide IT guidelines and local legislation
  • Contribute to governance, security, and authorization management in SAP

    • This is what you need to be successful in this role :

  • Ability to customize SAP QM in R / 3; prior exposure to S / 4HANA is a big plus
  • Strong understanding of core quality processes (planning, inspection, notifications, quality control)
  • Familiarity with integrations to other SAP modules like MM, PP, and PM
  • Experience in the food industry is advantageous
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Independent, structured work style combined with strong team collaboration
  • Solid English skills are essential; German or other languages are a plus
