Job Description Summary

Verantwortlich für die Bereitstellung finanzieller Unterstützung und Leistungsanalysen für die globalen / regionalen Betriebs- und Werksleitungsteams. Die Position erfordert eine / n außergewöhnlichen Geschäftspartner / in, die / der den Unternehmenserfolg durch die Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Finanzstrategien vorantreibt. Zu den Hauptaufgaben gehören die Konsolidierung und Analyse von Ist-Ergebnissen / Prognosen / Budgets, die Durchführung monatlicher Werksbesprechungen, die Analyse der Produkt-, Umwandlungs- und Materialproduktivität sowie die Unterstützung von Kapitalinvestitionen.

Responsible for providing financial support and performance analysis to the global / regional operations and plant management teams. The position requires an exceptional business partner to drive organizational success through the development and execution of financial strategies. Key responsibilities include consolidation and analysis of actual results / forecasts / budgets, conducting monthly plant reviews, product / conversion / material productivity analysis and supporting capital investments.

Deine Aufgaben :

  • Mitwirkung beim Financial Reporting (Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresreporting, Walkdown ...)
  • Erstellen von Forecasts (Sales, Gross Margin, EBITDA)
  • Erstellung, Koordination und Pflege des jährlichen Budgets
  • Analysen des ABC-Prozesses (Activity Based Costing) basierend auf dem Kostenbudget
  • Monats- und Jahresabschlussarbeiten nach HGB und US-GAAP und Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Werkscontrollings z.B. Transparenz durch geeignete Kennzahlensysteme als Frühwarnindikatoren
  • Steuerung und Optimierung von Controlling / Finanzprozessen, z.B. Kostenstellenverwaltung
  • Ausführung / Durchführung aller funktionsspezifischen Aktivitäten im ERP-System
  • Investitionsrechnung und -beantragung, Projektverfolgung inkl. Capex Forecast
  • Ermittlung und Prüfung von IC Transferpreisen
  • Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen sowie Übernahme von Projekten und Sonderaufgaben im Bereich Controlling

Your responsibilities :

  • Participation in financial reporting (monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, walkdown ...)
  • Preparation of forecasts (sales, gross margin, EBITDA)
  • Preparation, coordination and maintenance of the annual budget
  • Analysis of the ABC process (Activity Based Costing) based on the cost budget
  • Monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and US-GAAP and cooperation with auditors
  • Continuous further development of plant controlling, e.g. transparency through suitable key figure systems as early warning indicators
  • Management and optimization of controlling / financial processes, e.g. cost centre management
  • Execution / implementation of all function-specific activities in the ERP system
  • Investment calculation and application, project tracking incl. capex forecast
  • Determining and checking IC transfer prices
  • Preparation of ad hoc analyses and assumption of projects and special tasks in the area of controlling

  • Sorgfältige, systematische und selbständige Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten

  • Fließend in Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgezeichnete zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten

  • Gute Kenntnisse des Microsoft Office-Pakets, insbesondere von Excel
