Key job responsibilities

As an Amazon operations intern youll have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills to impactful projects that enhance the functionality and service of Fulfillment Centers Sortation Centers and Delivery Stations. Key aspects of the role include :

Completing highpriority projects to the highest standard demonstrating your ability to deliver results

Analyzing data to identify operational challenges and opportunities for improvement

Proposing and testing solutions collaborating with the team to implement the most effective ones

Developing communication and teamwork skills by working with managers stakeholders and frontline associates.

Be on the move within the building to engage with various teams. This includes actively gathering knowledge by participating in activities such as prebriefs flow meetings and discussions with the leadership team and associates.

Ability to navigate the workspace and move between different areas is essential for this position.

Displaying flexibility to work various schedules and shift patterns as required.

Internship Start Dates across the year :

We are hiring interns to start anytime from January through September 2025. Each month well hold 12 onboarding days for new hires.

Currently in your penultimate or final year and working towards a university degree in Logistics Supply Chain Production Engineering Business Management or a similar discipline.

Eligible to complete a fulltime internship of 36 months.

Highly proficient in both spoken and written English and German (Common European Framework of Reference C1.

Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills able to collaborate effectively with others.

Demonstrated curiosity proactivity and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous fastpaced environment.
