Position Summary

The position holder is to support the day-to-day Finance, Taxes and Payroll operations processes.

This post covers all Newbuild Site Offices throughout Europe (Germany, Finland, France, Italy)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Daily

  • Working with invoices and expense reports
  • Understanding and supporting in payroll processes
  • Understanding budgeting processes
  • Providing information for Forecast updates
  • Coding of invoices according to Forecast
  • Uploading invoices into Bookkeeping system TUNGSTEN
  • Controlling actuals vs. forecast
  • Maintaining electronic document management system
  • Reviewing processes and developing new strategies

Monthly

  • Supporting month end processing
  • Understanding basic Tax matters and supporting
  • Other

  • Ad-hoc support in tasks as given by supervisor
  • The position requires interaction with the Finance Team and Office Administrators in the European Site Offices.

    Qualifications :

    Minimum second year student of applied sciences, majoring Business Administration

    Knowledge and Skills :

  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to read and understand content of invoices in English
  • Good mathematical skills – able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportion and percentages
  • Able to sort and allocate facts and attributes to appropriate budget codes
  • Attention to details
