What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor product / delivery teams in adopting agile frameworks, ensuring best practices are consistently applied to foster team accountability and productivity
  • Support the agile transformation journey by championing agile values and principles across the product area, driving a culture of innovation and flexibility
  • Organize and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, driving team alignment and continuous improvement
  • Support the Product Manager to facilitate team's progress, identify, track, and remove impediments to ensure seamless team operations and enhanced delivery time and quality
  • Collaborate with cross-functional product / delivery teams as well as with internal and external stakeholders to promote transparent communication and alignment of goals
  • Who you are

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field, combined with several years of practical experience with agile methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS), supported by relevant certifications
  • Skilled in inspiring, guiding, and motivating teams to achieve their goals within an agile framework
  • Proficient in facilitating clear communication among team members and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
  • Experienced in managing agile IT projects in multinational environments, specifically in areas like data management, warehousing, business intelligence, and advanced analytics
  • Strong proficiency in agile tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, GitHub), fluent in English, with German or other language skills as a plus, and open to regular international travel to Knauf sites
