Our client is a dynamic, growth-oriented company seeking a Manufacturing Scientist whose skills and expertise will play a key role in advancing their cutting-edge technology.
Operating within an ISO 9001-accredited environment, the Manufacturing Scientist must adhere to controlled processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while actively contributing to production planning and execution. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, strong accountability, and the ability to effectively communicate progress to the Manufacturing Operations Manager and broader team.
Areas of responsibility and primary objectives
Cell Culture & Differentiation :
- Perform aseptic culturing of human iPSCs, including expansion, maintenance, and banking.
- Differentiate iPSCs into specific cell types (neurons, cardiomyocytes, microglia, astrocytes, etc.) using established protocols.
- Conduct routine monitoring of cell morphology, viability, and confluency to ensure optimal conditions.
- Ability to conduct QC testing assays including PCR, ICC and flow cytometry
