To accelerate the growth of its Industrial Solutions business in the Italian market , Crespel & Deiters is looking for a Sales and Process Engineer Italy (m / f / x) – IT & EN with solid industrial experience—ideally in the corrugated board or paper manufacturing industry—who is eager to make an impact in a dynamic, international environment.

Tasks

• Develop and grow the customer base in the Italy through acquisition, sales and price negotiation, and product trial management.
• Provide technically focused customer support, specifically in the corrugated board segment.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively expanding the customer base.
• Detailed documentation, customer reports, and maintain accurate data within the internal CRM system.
• Contribute to product improvement and development by sharing insights from customer interactions.
• Monitor and analyze competitor activities and new developments at customer sites, providing timely reports to internal teams.
• Prepare and conduct product trials in a high-pressure environment, ensuring technical success and customer satisfaction with a value-selling approach.
