Responsibilities

Design and implement a robust EHS framework that aligns with both national regulations and recognized international standards

Take ownership of EHS compliance, including responsibilities outlined in occupational safety legislation

Maintain and continuously enhance existing systems to ensure they remain effective and up to date

Lead the planning and execution of regular internal and external audits to monitor and improve EHS performance

Cooperation partner for relevant external authorities, including insurance providers, safety authorities, and environmental agencies

Support departments in identifying potential risks related to environmental protection, workplace health, and safety

Drive initiatives to mitigate these risks - such as conducting safety inspections, managing risk assessments, developing emergency protocols, and running drills to test their effectiveness

Coordinate and deliver EHS-related training programs tailored to employee needs and organizational requirements

Profile

Bachelor or Master degree (or equivalent) in Chemistry, Electronics or equivalentat University / University of Applied Science

The necessary certification as a Safety Engineer, or equivalent

Solid experiences in Environmental, Health and Safety management

Understand the semiconductor industry and clean room environment

Open to cooperate and participate in cross-functional teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German and / or Chinese is advantageous

Ability to cooperate effectively and participate in in multicultural and interdisciplinary teams
