We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator – Calgary

Reporting to the Managing Director, a successful candidate will possess the following skills :

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to achieve their targets and ensure smooth operations within the sales department.

What We Expect?

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator or similar role in a technology or distribution organization.

Strong proficiency in Salesforce CRM is required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Roles and Responsibilities :

Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.

Track and manage sales leads, including distribution, follow-up, and status updates.

Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases.

Develop and distribute sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and conferences.

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, and managing correspondence.

Salesforce certification(s) and experience working in a B2B sales environment will be an asset.
