This company have existed for more than 100 years and are leaders within their field. They have seen an increase in demand for their products and as a result are looking to bolster their service team across Germany by a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team near Munich.

The role will see you hybrid working at both the office and from home, coordinating service technicians across the country and responding to clients. You will communicate with different parts of the business including spares, logistics and financial with training provided in order for you to support internal development.

The person will not need to come from a similar industry and will be comfortable working closely with customers and clients and have strong organisational skills. You will also need to be able to speak German and English to a business fluent level.
