WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Organizational support of the department, division and team management
  • General administration (e.g. competence matrix, know-how transfer etc.)
  • Department controlling and monitoring of SAP data (network management and time allocation)
  • Creation and coordination of employees (m / f / d) in the area of deployment and workload planning as well as team planning
  • Instruction of new employees (m / f / d)
  • Creation and coordination of quantity structures and tender specifications
  • Point of contact and monitoring of external service providers internally and externally

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Successfully completed studies in economics or industrial engineering or completed commercial vocational training with a technical background
  • Several years of professional experience in the desired environment
  • Experience in the fields of engineering, controlling and consulting desirable
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project applications as well as SAP
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Structured way of working, excellent time management, organizational and coordination skills
