To support the Sales Team, we are currently looking for a :
SALES ASSISTANT
We are looking for someone who will support and help the Sales Team by managing various tasks that streamline the sales process and enhance customer satisfaction. This person will help in maintaining the efficiency and organization of sales operations.
Your mission
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service,
Coordinate internal actions to collect and gather all documentation necessary to qualification processes at prospects,
Organize trainings (planning, invitations, booking, certificates),
Be in charge of administrative tasks (booking meeting rooms, hotel rooms, fill customer forms, etc.),
Be in charge of VdS license orders,
Coordinate team’s planning every month,
Organize induction programs for new colleagues,
Manage Sharepoint platform accesses,
Give commercial and administrative support to subsidiaries by sharing the right documentation,
Build monthly reports, make analysis on requests and improve sales presentations,
Manage the office’s stock (drinks, papers, etc.),
Assist Front Office demands,
Deal with confidential sales data.
Your Profile
High school degree, Business Administration or equivalent by experience,
Have a first experience as Sales Assistant or equivalent,
Master Pack Office, particularly Excel with pivot tables,
Good knowledge of Outlook, SAP is a plus,
Be fluent in English and French, other languages are considered as assets,
Be well-organized, rigorous, flexible, autonomous, polyvalent, proactive, and curious.
