Duties & Responsibilities
- Supporting the Global HR Business Partners in strategic and conceptual topics
- Preparation and support of selection processes and interviews in the Recruiting team
- Human resources administration tasks such as the preparation of references or the entry of holiday applications and sick leave notifications
- Accounting of business trips and presentation of business travel processes for HR Travel Management
- Own responsibility for conceptualising content for our employer branding social media channels
- Preparation and implementation of workshops, creation of presentations, texts or training documents and responsibility for small projects
