Join our team as an Accounting Associate in the commercial sector of our automotive warehouse in Hamburg!

Key responsibilities :

Processing of invoicing and the execution of monthly accounting closings.

To ensure that all financial data is properly collected, monitored, and analyzed to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records.

Being instrumental in invoicing and reviewing incoming invoices and expenses.

Preparation of the monthly accounting statements and the preparation of financial reports.

By working closely with internal departments, resolving financial requests and contributes to the continuous improvement of financial processes.

To ensure efficient and accurate financial accounting, thereby creating a solid financial foundation for the location.

Increase operational efficiency, maximize team performance, and ensure our site achieves its goals in terms of quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

We are looking for :

Previous experience in accounting roles required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

Proficiency in German and English

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
