At KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA , we are looking for a dedicated and reliable Technical Assistant (m / f / d) for internal Customer Support in Marker Service in our headquarter in Einbeck (Germany) to join our team as soon as possible. This permanent full-time position offers you the opportunity to become part of an engaged team and actively contribute to the support of our service processes.

The following is then part of your field of work :

Order management of incoming orders
Verification of outgoing marker results
Interface management between marker service teams and customer teams
Support troubleshooting for marker service teams

With this profile you fit the position :

Completed ATA or BTA training as well as the first professional experience

Very good communication and team skills, creativity for cooperative solutions

Reliable and independent way of working, with an eye for detail

Good knowledge of PC, enjoyment of using software solutions

Fluent written and oral German as well as basic knowledge of English are required

Resilience in seasonal work peaks Nov-Feb

Experience with marker analysis and customer support as well as in interface communication is desirable
