Degree : IT System Management Assistant (IHK)

This is what you can expect and will learn during training

During the three years, you will work in several areas where you will gain commercial and technical experience : on the one hand, how to serve customers, create offers or present products. On the other hand, you will learn how to install computers, configure software, set up networks and solve the IT problems of your colleagues.

During your training, you can decide for yourself whether you would like to work more technically, commercially or with both focuses in the future. Job opportunities during and after the training include consulting, IT desktop service, IT infrastructure, support or sales.
