About the Position : As our IT Administrator, you are the central contact person for all matters relating to our hardware and software systems, supporting our on-site team with your tech skills.

Your Key Responsibilities :

• System Management : Review, evaluate, install, and configure hardware and software systems.
• Maintenance : Monitor and maintain computers, network systems, and server equipment.
• SAP Coordination : Analyze and manage SAP interfaces.
• System Updates : Handle system updates, data availability, and regular backups.
• User Management : Apply for user accounts and authorizations.
• Problem Solving : Consolidate and analyze end-user issues.
• Service Tickets : Create IT service tickets and inquiries to the service desk or Flora IT.
• External Coordination : Commission and instruct external companies and suppliers.
