About the Position : In this role as a Customer Care Assistant youll be a key player in providing exceptional support to customers within the entertainment industry. Your daytoday tasks will focus mainly on chat and email interactions with only 510 of your responsibilities involving inbound calls. Youll be the primary contact for customers assisting with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

What Were Looking For :

  • Proficiency in German (both written and verbal)
  • Strong command of English (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication skills with a particular interest in sports
  • Organized with a knack for decisionmaking and problemsolving
  • Competency in typing and using computer programs (especially MS Office)
  • A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
  • Eligibility to work in Bulgaria : Must be an EU citizen or hold a Bulgarian Residence Card (Unfortunately we cannot offer visa support for nonEU citizens)
  • A high school diploma (Experience in customer service is beneficial but not mandatory)
