YOUR TASKS

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented Art Director (5+ years agency experience) that can demonstrate conceptual thinking and storytelling in experiential marketing with brand experience at the core to predominantly work on the world’s largest smoking alternative brand but with scope to work on many other world-class clients.

Working directly on projects from brief to build, you must be able to confidently direct across a variety of channels. You’ll be able to sell your ideas internally and to our clients and enjoy the collaborative process of working alongside Creative Directors, ideations specialists, 2D / 3D designers, copywriters and spatial architects (exhibition, retail and events).

  • You work directly on projects from brief to build with support from other internal creative disciplines
  • You demonstrate experience of conceptual thinking and visual storytelling in experiential and live marketing in your daily work
  • You confidently direct across a variety of channels
  • You lead and direct designers to faithfully bring your vision to life
  • You sell your ideas internally and to our clients in an articulate, confident and assertive way of presenting
  • You collaboratively work alongside 2D / 3D designers and motion designers to bring ideas to life

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have previous experience at integrated or experiential agencies (5+ years)
  • You are a brilliant creative thinker, with the ability to push things beyond the expected and challenge the norms
  • You have a passion for bringing brand experiences to life as well as a great eye for trends and consumer behaviours
  • Your portfolio should demonstrate excellent ideation, conceptual thinking and storytelling with original ideas
  • You can scamp, sketch and comp, and confidently use Adobe Creative Cloud as well as Microsoft Office applications
  • You are fluent in English (written and oral) and German (written and oral)
  • You are Munich based
