During your training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk at Hellmann, you will organize the worldwide transport and storage of goods. Your tasks :

• You get to know the different transport modes
• You will regularly switch departments to get to know scheduling, customer service, billing, customs, etc.
• You organize transports in Germany and worldwide by truck, train, ship and / or plane
• You advise and support customers
• You calculate prices and prepare offers, contracts and invoices
• You process complaints
