Tasks Develop and implement strategies to increase client bookings and drive business growth. Build partnerships with local wellness communities, influencers, and businesses. Lead marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility and attract new clients. Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience. Manage schedules, resources, and staff to optimize operational efficiency. Monitor and manage budgets, revenue, and expenses to ensure financial health. Identify and secure grants, sponsorships, and other funding opportunities. Lead fundraising efforts to support business growth and future expansion. Set and achieve long-term business goals, including scaling operations beyond Berlin. Identify new market opportunities and innovative strategies to enhance revenue. Requirements Proven experience in business development, sales, or operational management. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and grow a team. Track record of driving revenue growth and acquiring new clients. Experience in financial management, including budgeting and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building partnerships. Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving abilities.
