CORPORATE & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (M / F)
About Our Client
Our client, a company specializing in property and casualty insurance as well as reinsurance, established following a recent acquisition, is seeking a talented Corporate Secretary & Executive Assistant to the CEO to join their team.
This is a long-term interim mission, and we are looking for someone available immediately to step in as part of a replacement.
Your Missions
- Governance and Compliance : Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, maintain corporate records, and prepare accurate and timely filings.
- Board and Committee Support : Organize meetings, draft agendas, and produce precise minutes.
- Executive Assistance : Provide administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as a key liaison between the board, management, and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication.
- Office Administration : Support office organization and processes, including document preparation and occasional reception duties.
