Your Mission
- In your Back-Office role, you will assist the Administrative teams on their day-to-day tasks :
- Manage the relations with notaries purchasers and our customers' administrative managers (Belgium and Luxembourg). Handling by email and telephone.
- Manage the administrative support, including :
- Issuing legal documents
- Collection and follow-up of KYC, AML and Compliance documents
- Administrative management : creation and monitoring of policies, delivery notes, archiving, etc.
- Invoicing of guarantees
- Customer reminders
- In your Accounting assistant role, you will assist the Financial director on
- Pre-accounting of the Invoices
- Follow-up of the Invoices (input / output)
- Bank reconciliation
