Responsibilities :

You lead the "HR Services" team in Germany from a technical and disciplinary perspective

You are involved in and manage HR operations processes (e.g. cooperation with the external payroll service provider, pension scheme, certificates, company vehicles, JobBike)

You take on coordinating activities for the Head of HR Germany and provide active support (e.g. in cooperation with employee representatives and in the preparation of reports and evaluations)

You implement national remuneration topics

You continuously develop HR processes in Germany, standardize them and ensure quality assurance (with a focus on payroll and HR services)

You are actively involved in HR projects and special topics

Qualifications :

You have successfully completed your HR-related training or your Bachelor's degree with a focus on human resources or similar

You have relevant professional experience and several years of management experience within a dynamic HR working environment

You enjoy combining your management role with operational tasks

You work confidently and routinely with SAP HR and ideally Workday

You have sound knowledge of income tax, social security and employment law

You are service-oriented, precise and can prioritize in order to meet short deadlines

Fluent German and good English skills round off your profile
