ASSISTANT MANAGER - CORPORATE SERVICES

Your mission
As an Assistant Manager - Corporate Services , your role will encompass a wide range of tasks, focusing on client portfolio management, corporate governance, and team leadership.
Specifically, you will :
- Manage a portfolio of client companies, overseeing all aspects of their corporate administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to corporate secretarial services.
- Prepare and review legal documentation related to corporate administration, including annual account approvals, transfer of registered offices, and changes in directors or managers.
- Organize and coordinate board and shareholder meetings, including drafting related documentation such as minutes, proxies, convening notices, and powers of attorney.
- Maintain and update corporate registers (e.g., shares, PECs, CPECs) and track relevant documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including banks, Luxembourg authorities, notaries, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior and senior corporate officers, reviewing their work, providing guidance, and ensuring the quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Actively contribute to internal process improvements to enhance efficiency and maintain high service standards.
