We are looking for generalists who are not afraid of trying something new. Experience with logistics assets is a plus but not necessary.

Your Role

Contribute to the development of our investment strategy with distinct focus on the European infrastructure market
Support in the analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities based on risk / return criteria and management of M&A / Due Diligence processes taking relevant considerations such as financing, legal requirements, risk, ESG etc. into account
Preparation of Investment Committee and Board related documents
Monitor existing investments against relevant performance measures and risk limits and be first point of contact for questions in this area for relevant stakeholders (mainly financial institutions and shareholders)
Partially responsible for interdisciplinary tasks related to group business planning, financing, treasury and Investor Relation matters

Your Profile

Excellent master's degree in relevant field of study (economics, business administration / management & finance)

0 to 4 years of professional experience in the investment banking, deal advisory („Big 4“), private equity or corporate M&A industry

Experience in the infrastructure industry or portfolio management is an advantage

Strong investment and valuation knowledge, practical experience of Investment Management is an advantage

Strong analytical and quantitative skills, proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office

Strong team player and skilled communicator

Entrepreneurial thinking, personal drive and "getting things done" attitude

Strong results orientation and focus on implementation, ability to work towards tight deadlines

Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
